A Quick Start Guide
1. Locate Ardi
Ardi appears as a bird icon in the bottom-right corner of selected Doorify MLS SSO dashboards, tools, and pages. No dashboard tile is required.
2. Open Ardi
Click the bird icon to open the chat window.
3. Ask Your Question
You may:
Type your question directly, or
Click the microphone icon to use voice input.
Allow your browser/computer to access the microphone if prompted.
4. Get Your Answer
Ardi will respond immediately with the best available information pulled from trained MLS knowledge, support documentation, and system workflows.
5. If Ardi Can't Answer
If Ardi replies with something like:
“Thanks for the question! I haven't been trained on that one yet, but I'm always learning. I'll flag it so the team can review.”
