Doorify MLS Listing Document Delivery in Paragon Follow
Doorify MLS presents a new way to share listing documents with your clients through professionally branded emails — directly from your Paragon MLS system.
What Is Listing Document Delivery?
Listing Document Delivery allows you to send MLS listing documents (disclosures, floor plans, surveys, and more) to clients via email with direct download links.

The system automatically pulls documents already attached to MLS listings.
How to Access Listing Document Delivery
You can access the tool directly within Paragon MLS.
Open any active listing (Quick Search, Hotsheet, Saved Search, etc.) in Paragon MLS > Click Actions in the toolbar > Select View/Share Listing Documents
OR
Select the View/Share Listing Documents icon from the skittle options view.
The View/Share Listing Documents tool will open preloaded with the listing information. You're now ready to start sending documents to your clients!
💡 Tip: When the Listing Document Delivery tool opens it will open a new separate internet window. Please check your internet tabs to toggle between windows so you can get back to the original listing display in Paragon. When you're done sending documents, close the window for the tool.
How to Send Listing Documents (Step-by-Step)
1. From the Listing Document Delivery tool, you will see the documents for your selected listing to the bottom left.
2. Select the documents you wish to send by checking the box next to each document. Use can also use the option to Select All or Deselect All at the top right corner of the documents section.
📌 Note: Documents marked with a PUBLIC badge are accessible to recipients.
3. Now move to the top left section of the page labeled, COMPOSE DELIVERY, and add your RECIPIENTS in the provided available space.
Enter one or more email addresses, separated by commas:
client@email.com, buyer@email.com
⭐ Optional but highly recommended: Enable Send BCC for each recipient to keep a copy for yourself for every document package you send out.
4. The subject line auto-fills with listing details but feel free to add a personal message (up to 500 characters, too.
5. Be sure to preview what you're sending before hitting send. Click on Show Email Preview and make any necessary edits.
⚠️ Important: Always preview your email to confirm documents, subject line, and message before sending.

I’ve prepared documents for 123 Main Street. Click the links below to access them:
Documents sent by <Your Name> | <Your Email> | <Your Phone number>
📌 Note: Clients can view or download documents instantly — no login required
6. Once you're happy with the look, click Send Document Package and you're done!
Best Practices for Sending MLS Documents
- Keep Records - Use BCC to keep a copy of every document package sent.
- Personalize Messages - Add context such as: “Here are the disclosures we discussed. Let me know if you have any questions.”
- Send to Multiple Recipients - separate emails with commas to send documents to multiple people at once.
- Always Preview First - Double-check: Selected documents / Subject line / Message content
Troubleshooting Tips
- Ensure the listing has documents attached.
- Confirm recipient email addresses are correct.
- Verify documents are marked as PUBLIC
