Overview
What is changing on July 1, 2026?
On July 1, 2026, Doorify MLS will transition from the ShowingTime Appointment Center to ShowingTime for the MLS as the standard subscriber benefit.
The ShowingTime Appointment Center — which provides live call assistance for showing requests and premium reporting features — will no longer be included as an MLS-wide subscriber benefit. It will remain available as an optional add-on service directly through ShowingTime.
On July 1, your ShowingTime benefit will automatically change from the Appointment Center-level service to ShowingTime for the MLS unless you opt-in to the Appointment Center feature through ShowingTime. If you do not want the Appointment Center, no action is needed.
What is NOT changing?
Your core ShowingTime access remains included with your Doorify MLS subscription. With ShowingTime for the MLS, you will still have :
- Full access to ShowingTime via mobile app, the Doorify MLS dashboard, and listing integrations across various platforms (e.g., Paragon, Matrix, Flexmls, and others)
- Showing management tools and automated workflows
- Access to ShowingTime tech support and resources
Why is Doorify MLS making this change?
Usage data shows that approximately 96% of showing appointments are initiated through the ShowingTime app or web interface — without involving a live call to the contact center. This change aligns costs with actual usage and value, ensuring that all subscribers have access to a powerful scheduling platform while agents, teams, and brokerages who want live appointment assistance can choose to add it based on their own business needs.
Feature Comparison
Below is a side-by-side comparison of the features offered by both service levels.
The chart below identifies reports that are specific to the Appointment Center. However, several of the reports now have a Doorify equivalent — built in-house and included with your MLS subscription! You can find Agent Listing and Office Inventory data within the DEAL (Listing Health) Report on the Doorify MLS dashboard. A report comparable to the Target Market Analysis report is currently in development and coming soon!
Features No Longer Included
What features will NO longer be available without the Appointment Center add-on?
The following features require the Appointment Center subscription after July 1:
- Live Agent Appointment Center – Live support from appointment specialists for listing agents and offices.
- Managerial Reporting – Office, regional, and firm-level reporting to assess activity, performance, productivity, and trends.
- Multi-Office Functionality – View activities, access listing instructions, run reports, and take action across multiple office locations.
- Multi-Unit Listing Configuration – Separate confirmation process for each unit to maximize showings.
- Automatic Cancellation – Showing appointments are automatically cancelled when a property status changes (e.g., Active → Pending).
- Auto-Send Activity Reports – Automatically send activity reports to clients on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.
- Manual Listing Entry – Manually enter listings and assign an in-house status.

Showing Exceptions
- NOTE: Showing Restrictions, which relate to when a home is available for showings, will still be available with your base-level ShowingTime benefit. Showing Exceptions, which relate to how appointments are approved, will not. For example, you can schedule a temporary change to the appointment type, such as switching from Appointment Required to Go & Show, for a period when you know the seller will be away. This setting can still be changed manually, but it can no longer be scheduled in advance without the Appointment Center add-on.

| NOTE: You will only be able to call the Appointment Center to schedule appointments on listings supported by ShowingTime's Appointment Center (where the listing agent or brokerage subscribes to the service). Listing agents can inform showing agents that appointments can be scheduled online or by calling the ShowingTime Appointment Center at 800-SHOWING (800-746-9464). |
Day-to-Day Workflows
Will I still get text/email notifications for showings and feedback?
Yes, that will not change. You will continue to receive notifications via text and email for showings and feedback just as you do today.
Will sellers or listing agents be contacted for appointment approvals?
Yes. Listing agents will continue to be able to select who the confirming party is, just as they do today. Once an appointment is requested, sellers or listing agents can confirm via email, push notification, or SMS.
How do I schedule showings — will it still be available 24/7?
Yes. Agents can schedule showings online 24/7, just as they can now. Appointments will only be available according to the listing’s availability settings in ShowingTime.
What happens if there’s a last-minute access problem or I need to change an appointment time?
With ShowingTime for the MLS, agents are responsible for their own listings. For access issues, the showing agent should connect with the listing agent or office directly. You can message the listing agent from the ShowingTime mobile app and view their full contact information to initiate a call.
For time changes, the “Propose a New Time” feature is available for last-minute situations. The buyer’s agent, listing agent, or seller (if enabled) can use the button on the appointment confirmation screen to start the process.
Will booked showings be notified when a listing status changes?
Automatic cancellations based on status changes are a feature of the Appointment Center service. With ShowingTime for the MLS, you will have the ability to manually cancel showings after a status change.
Can sellers receive a showings report?
Yes. ShowingTime for the MLS includes a Listing Activity Report that can be printed or emailed to the homeowner/seller. Note that the seller’s version of this report does not include the showing agent’s information.
Is the only option for basic ShowingTime service is for showings to be 24/7 (no exceptions)?
Agents can schedule showings online 24/7 just as they can now. They will only be able to schedule appointments according to the listings availability on the listing settings in ShowingTime.
Showing Restrictions - Allow for an agent to block specific times, dates, and/or days of the week in the listings availability. This functionality will be available with ShowingTime for the MLS.
Showing Exceptions - are appointment rules that temporarily modify the normal scheduling or confirmation process for a listing on specific dates or times. They are useful when a seller’s availability changes and the appointment type, contacts, lead time, or access instructions need to be handled differently for a limited period.

What ShowingTime reports will no longer be available without the Appointment Center?
The following reports will no longer be included in the standard ShowingTime for the MLS benefit:

- Pricing Benchmark Report (available for individual purchase with ShowingTime for the MLS)

Will the Activity Comparables, Agent Activity, Agent Listings, Listing Activity, Showings I Have Requested, and Target Market Analysis reports be kept?
The Activity on Comparables and Target Market Analysis reports are available only with the Appointment Center add-on at this time. The Listing Activity Report remains available with ShowingTime for the MLS.
Pricing
Who should I contact about pricing and options for brokers?
Please call ShowingTime Sales at 800-347-8001 or fill out this contact form to be reached by the ShowingTime team. Prices start at $15/mo for individual agents.
Is the Pricing Benchmark Report included with the Doorify special pricing?
Yes. The Pricing Benchmark Report will be included at no additional cost with the Doorify Appointment Center special pricing. It will also be available to purchase separately with ShowingTime for the MLS.
If I don’t want to pay for the Appointment Center, do I need to do anything?
No action is needed. If you do not subscribe to the Appointment Center, your service level will automatically transition to ShowingTime for the MLS on July 1.
Keeping the Appointment Center
What should I do if I want to keep the Appointment Center “call-in” service?
Doorify MLS subscribers can continue using the Appointment Center by subscribing directly through ShowingTime at a discounted rate exclusively for Doorify MLS subscribers.

Support & Other Resources
What platforms will ShowingTime still work with after July 1?
ShowingTime will continue to work across Paragon, Matrix, Flexmls, and other listing platforms, as well as through the ShowingTime mobile app and the Doorify MLS dashboard. No integration changes are expected.
Is training available?
Yes! Doorify MLS is offering ShowingTime training webinars through the end of June to make sure you are getting the most out of the platform. Sessions walk through key features of the appointment scheduler so you can feel fully prepared for the July 1 transition.
