If your account becomes inactive:
๐ Log in to your dashboard:
- View your SentriLock status on your DMLS Dashboard.
2. If it's Paused, click Activate to restore access.
3. Once Active, you will regain access to show properties.

Forgot Your Password?
Reset it directly in the SentriKey app:

Tap โForgot Password?โ on the login screen

Enter your SentriKey ID (same as your MLS ID)

Check your email for the reset link
- Create a new password
๐ You must have access to your email on file
๐ข Change Your PIN
Update your PIN anytime:

Open the app โ Profile โ Edit โ Change PIN
- Enter your current PIN or password, then save

How do I keep my access active?
Open the SentriKey app while connected to the internet.
How often is this required?
At least once every 10 business days.
Why did I receive a reminder text?
Your credentials are nearing expirationโjust open the app to refresh.

Common causes:
- Credentials need refreshing
- Account access is inactive

Credential Refresh (Routine)
- Happens every ~10 days
- Fixed by opening the app
Inactive Access (Account Status)
- Occurs after 6 months without opening a lock box or if the account is suspended
- Requires reactivation
If you belong to multiple MLSs:
- Open the app โ Profile
- Tap + Add Account
- Log in with your additional credentials
Switch between accounts anytime from your profile
