As industry conversations continue around NAR's Clear Cooperation Policy, we're enhancing how Office Exclusive listings are managed in Doorify MLS.

As of September 1, the Office Exclusive field in Listing Manager is now active and required as part of listing input; however, the requirement to enter Office Exclusive listings into Doorify MLS will remain optional through September 15th. This gives agents additional time to familiarize themselves with the new workflow before full compliance is required.

Marked "Yes," your listing is visible only to you and your office, can be shared with your firm's agents and clients, and stays compliant with Clear Cooperation as long as it isn't publicly marketed.

Is this compliant with Clear Cooperation?

Yes. The Office Exclusive feature in Listing Manager and Ocusell is designed to support seller-directed exclusivity while complying with NAR's Clear Cooperation Policy, provided the property is not publicly marketed.

Does this increase exposure of my seller's property?

No. Listings marked "Office Exclusive = Yes" are visible only to the Listing Agent and Listing Office within the Doorify MLS platforms (e.g., Paragon, Flexmls, and Matrix) and may be shared with clients. They are not visible to other Doorify MLS participants or subscribers. In addition, these listings are not included in IDX feeds or third-party syndication feeds, including those used by sites such as Realtor.com, Zillow, and similar consumer portals.

When does Days on Market (DOM) begin?

DOM begins when the listing is made publicly visible by changing the Office Exclusive field to "No." At that time, the listing appears as new on the Hot Sheet within Doorify MLS.

Why require entry into Doorify MLS instead of just submitting a form?

Entering the listing into Doorify MLS:

• Creates a secure system-of-record entry
• Preserves listing history
• Strengthens documentation and compliance protections
• Ensures inclusion in broker data feeds
• Reduces manual processing and administrative delays

Will Office Exclusive listings appear in broker data feeds?

Yes. Office Exclusive listings entered in Doorify MLS will flow through broker data feeds and be visible within Doorify MLS platforms to the listing firm's agents only.

What happens when the property sells?

Upon closing, the listing automatically becomes visible to all Doorify MLS participants to ensure complete and transparent sales data for market statistics and comparable purposes.

Is the Office Exclusive certification form still required?

Yes. The seller's written instruction remains required and must be uploaded directly to the listing via Documents within Doorify MLS. As of September 1, a dedicated Office Exclusive document type is available in Listing Manager with Has Edit default security settings — use this document type when uploading your certification form. Submissions to Data Integrity separately are no longer required.

Can I change a listing's Office Exclusive status after it's been entered?

The Office Exclusive field is available for you to set when you first enter the listing. If you set it to "Yes" and later need to change it to "No," please email Data Integrity at di@doorifymls.com to request the update — agents are not currently able to change the field themselves after initial entry. Note: These updates will not be made over the phone. Written confirmation and supporting documentation are required before Data Integrity can update the Office Exclusive field.

We are actively working to give agents and Participant BICs the ability to update this field directly. More details to come.

Is there an option for a "firm" exclusive, not just individual office exclusive?

Office Exclusive listings will be visible to the listing agent and the listing firm/office.

Are office exclusives "fenced in" to only show to brokers in the firm?

Yes.

Will photos still be required for OE listings?

Yes, photos will be handled like a regularly marketed listing.

Will Office Exclusive listings entered in DMLS syndicate to the entry firm's website/IDX/portal/platform?

Office Exclusive listings will be available via PDAP feeds. If your firm has one set up, it will be available there.

Will the office exclusive listings be available to all of the agents across all of a firm's offices?

Yes.

Will Office Exclusive be a searchable field in MLS?

It will be a searchable field, but Office Exclusive listings are only displayed to the listing agent and listing firm.
