For active Doorify MLS subscribers

Doorify MLS lets you connect the AI assistant of your choice — like Claude or ChatGPT — directly to your MLS data through the Flexmls MCP server. Once connected, you can ask questions in plain English about market statistics, active and off-market listings, open houses, and your own listings, and get answers in real time pulled straight from Doorify MLS.

What you’ll need

• An active Doorify MLS subscription AND have Flexmls as a Front-End selection.
• An MCP-compatible AI client. Any tool that supports the MCP standard works — Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and others. Claude is the easiest to set up for most subscribers.

Step 1 — Turn on the MCP server in Flexmls

1. In the Flexmls menu, go to Preferences → AI Settings.

2. Use the toggle to enable the MCP server.

3. Review and accept the Terms of Use by clicking I Agree.

Once you agree, Flexmls displays your connection instructions.

Step 2 - Add the server in your AI client

1. In your AI client’s settings, find the Connectors, MCP Servers, or Tools section and choose to add a new server.

2. When prompted for a server URL or endpoint, enter: https://mcp.flexmls.com/mcp

3. Your client will open a sign-in prompt. Log in with your normal Flexmls username and password to authorize the connection.

That’s it — your AI client is now connected and can query Doorify data live.

Step 3 — Try your first question

Ask something simple to confirm the connection is working:

       “Find active 3-bed, 2-bath single-family listings in [city] under [$price].”

Managing the connection

You can turn the MCP server off at any time from Preferences → AI Settings. Disabling it immediately stops any AI client from accessing your Flexmls data.

Verify before you rely on it

The MCP server delivers live Doorify MLS data accurately, but your AI client’s interpretation and presentation of that data can contain errors. Always verify AI-generated output — especially listing details, market statistics, or anything used in client-facing materials or a transaction — against Flexmls directly.
