Flexmls MCP Server: Prompt Library Follow
For active Doorify MLS subscribers
Once your AI assistant is connected to Doorify (see Connect Your AI Assistant to Doorify MLS), these prompts help you get value fast. Copy any prompt, replace the [bracketed] parts, and paste it into your assistant.
Three tips for better results
- Be specific about location, timeframe, and property type — the more precise your prompt, the better the answer.
- Ask follow-ups. Treat it as a conversation: narrow, expand, or re-sort the results.
- Verify before it goes to a client. The data is live from Doorify MLS, but the assistant’s wording and math can be off — confirm anything client-facing or transaction-related against Flexmls.

Appraisers
Use the MCP to speed up comp gathering and market-condition data — then verify every figure against Flexmls. Assistant-generated output is a starting point, not a substitute for your own analysis or a USPAP-compliant workfile.

Brokers, team leads & office admins

Commercial
Commercial results depend on the commercial inventory carried in Doorify MLS’s Flexmls system. If a search comes back thin, that property type may live in a separate commercial platform rather than Flexmls.
“1. "Find active commercial listings in [city/area] — [subtype, e.g., office, retail, industrial] — with building square footage, price or lease rate, and days on market.”
2. “What commercial space is available for lease in [area] between [$min] and [$max] per [SF/month/year]? Include square footage and location.”
3. “Show me commercial properties for sale in [area] under [$price], newest first.”
4. “How many commercial listings are active in [area] right now, and what’s the average days on market?”
5. “Show me the photos and full listing details for MLS #[number].”
Rentals & leasing
