Listing Health Report

How can I learn more about Price Quintile in the Listing Health Report? Hover over the Price Quintile column header for a quick explanation, or click the About button in the upper right corner of the report.

Showing Dimensions Report

Can the Showing Dimensions Report narrow results down to a subdivision, like the ShowingTime report we no longer get? Yes, you can filter by subdivision. It was the number one request after launch!

So I can enter a subdivision and a time frame, then see how many showings that subdivision has gotten by price point? That's correct. Select a city first, and the subdivision field will appear as an option.

Is there a way to see how many buyers are looking at a given price point? Not right now, but it's a great idea. We've shared it with our product team for consideration.

List Pressure and Engagement Market Analysis

Can I use List Pressure to prepare for a listing, or only once I have one? List Pressure currently works only for existing on-market listings.

How many active agents beta tested tools like Engagement Market Analysis and List Pressure, and how were they selected? Engagement Market Analysis is still in beta through Doorify Labs. To share feedback, use the Feedback tab in the report. For List Pressure, we ran the beta with a handful of active, transaction-focused agents. We're constantly improving the report, so if you have ideas, we'd love to hear them!

Listing Document Delivery

Is Listing Document Delivery available in Flexmls? The Doc Delivery Tool is available for all Doorify listings through Doorify Labs. It's currently a quick action in Paragon, and we hope to expand it to all front ends.

Building tools in-house

Why build tools in-house instead of using market-tested third-party vendor tools? We absolutely use third-party vendors and will keep doing so. We're also fortunate to have internal resources who can build products where vendors fall short. The dashboard and reports we've created are good examples of that.
