Paragon: Phone Number Opted Out? Follow
In Paragon on the top navigation bar, select Contacts then View/Manage Contact.
Click on the contact's name.
Click on Contact Information on the left-hand menu.
Click the Opt-In text next to the phone number that has been opted-out.
The contact will receive an emailed link to the primary email in their contact.
The emailed link will take the contact to the opt-in form to confirm they want to opt back in to receive text messages via Paragon. They will need to confirm the number is correct and click the Submit button.
The contact will receive a text message confirming their opt-in.
Please Note: Phone numbers can only be opted in once per 30 days. A message will display if a number cannot opt-in.
