ShowingTime: How to Add Documents to a Listing Follow
Automatically share disclosures and important documents with showing agents
In ShowingTime, you can attach documents—like disclosures, instructions, or property details—to your listings. These files are automatically sent to agents once they request a showing, helping streamline communication and reduce follow-up emails.
🧭 Step 1: Access ShowingTime

Visit the Doorify MLS Dashboard: my.doorifymls.com

Under Other Services, click on the ShowingTime tile
📂 Step 2: Navigate to Your Listing

In ShowingTime, click Listings from the left-hand menu

Select the listing you want to add documents to
📎 Step 3: Upload Your Documents
🖥 Classic View

From the listing menu, click Attachments

Click Add / Remove
-
Click Choose Files to upload your documents
- Click Done to save and activate the attachments
🆕 Next Generation View

Go to the Schedule Showing section of the listing

Click Setup
-
Select the three vertical dots in the upper corner

Choose Manage Attachments and upload your files
📄 File Guidelines

Accepted formats: PDF, JPG, GIF, PNG

Max file size: 20MB per document

No special formatting required

Attachments are automatically sent to showing agents when they request an appointment
