What is a Broker Data Feed? Follow
A Broker Data Feed is a type of data feed that only contains information for a particular office. DMLS Participants are able to request a data feed that will contain only their own Office's listing data and there are no fees associated with a Broker Data Feed.
A Broker Data Feed would contain all active MLS listing content input into the MLS by or on behalf of the Participant and all of the Participant’s off-market listing content available in the MLS system. This would include Brokerage office listings, all statuses, all property classes, all fields, live stream open house & open house, media, and tours.
After the Broker Data Feed is created, the Participant has the option to access the data feed themselves or they can also send the listings of the office to a Third Party/Vendor. If the Participant chooses to utilize a Third Party/Vendor, DMLS will also transport the Brokerage’s own listings to the Participant/Broker or their consultant free of charge.
Although there are some nominal contract terms that must be signed, the Participant/Broker can use this feed of their own listings for any purpose. Once the Broker Data Feed is created, TMLS will not limit the use of the Participant’s listing content by the Participant or the Participant’s designee.
Please Note: If you provide your listing information to a Vendor for display on a public website, you will need to ensure that the Vendor follows your seller’s request for the display of their property on the Internet. The Vendor will need to check the following fields regarding Internet Display:
