Longleaf Pines MLS Data Share FAQ Follow
Subscribers
No, listings are shared between DMLS and LLP, eliminating the need to subscribe to both.
LLP listings have been added to the usual categories along with the listings that come in through Paragon. You do not have to do anything special for those listings to appear in searches.
LLP listings have an "LP" prefix on the MLS number e.g. LP234234. DMLS MLS numbers are unchanged.
TMLS has mapped most fields from LLP. Due to differences in fields and options between the two MLSs a perfect transfer of all listing data is not possible. DMLS and LLP are working on an Action Icon, similar to that used for CRS and others, that will provide access to the full LLP listing as entered by the listing agent. We expect this to be ready soon.
Some listings have been entered into both MLS and will therefore create a duplicate listing. We expect the number of duplicate listings to be reduced to a minimum fairly quickly.
Scheduling showings on LLP listings will work the same way as for DMLS listings. You simply contact ShowingTime via Paragon, the ShowingTime app, or via phone.
LLP subscribers use Combo or Supra (electronic) Lockboxes. Combinations to combo boxes are provided the same way as for DMLS listings. For listings using a Supra Lockbox, please check the instructions here.
Yes
Yes, with a one-day code. LLP subscribers will need to be given a one-day code to access SentriLock lockboxes. The one-day code can be generated either by you as a listing agent OR by ShowingTime. IMPORTANT: For ShowingTime to issue one-day codes on your behalf, your Broker-in-charge will need to grant ShowingTime the right to do so. More information on the steps your Broker-in-Charge will need to take is provided here.

Showings and Lockboxes: If you have agents using SentriLock lockboxes, you can consider allowing ShowingTime to issue one-day codes to showing agents from LLP. LLP does not offer the SentriLock service which means LLP agents will need one-day codes to access a SentriLock Lockbox. A one-day code can either be issued by the listing agent on a per-showing basis or by ShowingTime at the time of scheduling.
Data feeds: We have sent information to all data providers to make them aware of the upcoming data share and any actions they need to take. If you are using IDX, VOW, or back-office systems that rely on DMLS data, you can check with your data vendor/staff person that they have received our communication.
Data vendors
Listing data from LLP is distributed to vendors receiving TMLS IDX, VOW and back-office feed. Any existing data distribution feeds coming directly from LLP are unchanged.
LLP listings are not distributed to syndication sites such as Listhub or Realtor.com through Doorify MLS. Syndication distribution coming directly from LLP will not be changed.
